How to apply
Step 1 – Complete your application
By selecting the apply now button within the course area of your choice our dedicated team will process your application and contact you if they require any further information. Once processed you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application followed by a letter home confirming the date and time of your interview. If you do not receive this or need any assistance, call 01270 613242 or email fe-applications@reaseheath.ac.uk.
Step 2 – Look out for an email and letter from us
This will provide details of how to create your college account on ProPortal which is where you will find details regarding your application including the date and time of your interview. Please note your interview slot is not dependent on you accessing your ProPortal account. You will also receive your interview information by post.
Step 3 – Meet your tutor
You will be invited to attend a face to face interview at the college with a tutor from your chosen subject area. At your interview, you will have the opportunity to enquire about learning support, accommodation, transport and finance. If you are successful in your interview, you will be given a conditional offer on the same day for a place on your chosen course.
Step 4 – Secure your place
You will receive new email communication asking you to log back into your college account to accept your offer as first choice (confirmed A) or second choice (confirmed B) We will send your offer by email, which we aim to do on the next working day. If you do not receive this please call 01270 613242 or email fe-applications@reaseheath.ac.uk
Please note your college offer is not dependent on you accessing your ProPortal account.
Step 5 – Keeping in touch
In the weeks running up to enrolment you should start to receive regular communications from the College. This will include helpful joining information regarding accommodation, transport and student finance. If you do not receive communication by the beginning of July please contact our Applications team on 01270 613242 to reconfirm your contact details.
