“I’m early in my career in real world motorsport and competing in my second season in seniors in the Milltek Sport Civic Cup Championship. I’ve had several podium finishes and a race win, and proved myself to be one of the fastest drivers in the series.
“I represent the Pro Alloys Racing team and have several major sponsors so I’m very pleased with how my career’s going. I’m also part of a sim racing team, which is how I first got into motorsport.
“I studied motor vehicle mechanics because I wanted to continue developing my skills as a mechanic. The qualifications are good insurance for the future and also help me with my racing. It’s one thing knowing how to drive fast but it’s also hugely important to understand how the car works.
“I got to know Reaseheath well in the two years I attended as a Year 10/11 pupil and I really enjoyed becoming a full time student. The facilities are great. There’s a wide range of modern vehicles, the tools and equipment are state of the art and the lecturers are friendly and supportive.”

“We have enjoyed an excellent relationship with Reaseheath College spanning many years and Reaseheath is A-Plant’s sole provider of training for our Plant Maintenance Apprenticeship. A-Plant is recognised as providing one of the most valued and sought after apprenticeship programmes in the equipment rental industry and Reaseheath has played an absolutely crucial part in helping us achieve this.
“The structure of the apprenticeship programme allows A-Plant apprentices to balance off the job training with in-house training, ensuring they experience real life exposure in the construction industry whilst receiving supported learning. Our apprentices have the opportunity to learn a valuable trade, gain qualifications and take those first steps towards a rewarding career. We’ve had some fantastic results where our apprentices have progressed through the company to managerial positions.”
