This new two-year Marketing qualification is a great option if you are looking to explore your passion for marketing and want to gain practical work experience alongside classroom study.

The Marketing T Level programme covers a wide range of modules and also includes 315 hours of work placement, so you will be ready for a number of exciting roles in the marketing industry after completing your course.

What will I study?

Year 1 (core)

In your first year of study you will consider marketing in relation to the wider business environment and study subjects such as:

  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Procurement
  • Customer service
  • Sustainability
  • Communication
  • Project management

  • Regulations
  • Ethics

Year 2 (Occupational Specialism)

In your marketing specialism final year you will focus on key marketing topics including:

  • Market research and analysis
  • Customer and stakeholder assessment
  • Marketing plans and activities
  • Marketing communications
  • Analyse and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing delivery

How long will it take?

2 years, full-time

What qualifications do I need to start?

  • 5 GCSEs at grade 4 and above (including maths and English), or a
  • Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject of an appropriate size (equivalent to 3 GCSEs), a merit+grade, and GCSE maths/English at grade 4
  • You are required to attend an interview and an applicant day

What qualifications will I gain?

  • T Level in Marketing (Level 3) (Pearsons)

Course options after this programme

  • This course is equivalent to three A Levels, so you could decide to progress onto degree level study, for example in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, or Project Management
  • You could complete a degree apprenticeship
  • You could go straight into employment
