Our catering team are sporting smart new chefs’ white jackets, thanks to a sponsorship from long established partners Harlech Food Service.
Harlech supplies us with a wide range of frozen and chilled foods including bread, meat, vegetables, pies, baking ingredients and condiments which make up the majority of meals we sell through our food outlets.
The company also supplies Reaseheath with cleaning products and disposable packaging and is partnering the college in its drive to reduce plastic waste by providing biodegradable products such as takeaway boxes made from corn starch.
Harlech has sponsored the bespoke jackets, branded with both Reaseheath’s and its own company logo, for seven of our chefs.
Harlech Sales Development Manager Alex Huxley said: “We like to support valued customers such as Reaseheath College, and this seemed an ideal way to show our appreciation of our long standing partnership.”
Reaseheath Catering Manager Barry Horton said: “I and the team would like to thank Harlech for this generous gesture and we look forward to continuing to work together. Our chefs do a brilliant job in preparing and serving between 1000 and 1300 hot meals daily and we are delighted to recognise their professionalism with these new uniforms.”
