Work Placements for Employers

Can you provide a work placement for a Reaseheath College student?

Our extended work placement programme aims to give students a chance to work with employees for longer periods. Students learn what it’s really like to work within their chosen sector and many forward-thinking employers are benefiting too.

Employers must have employer liability insurance and be able to provide feedback to students on how they’re working.

Placements can be flexible to fit the needs of your business. Students can attend one day per week (including weekends) or for an extended time in one block. Dependent on course level and curriculum area, students are required to complete a different length of placement. This can vary from 100-150 hours to 45 days.
