Please send an email to apprenticeships@reaseheath.ac.uk and include your name, student reference number and your new address/email address.

Please send an email to apprenticeships@reaseheath.ac.uk with your name and reason for withdrawing.

Your mentor will contact you to confirm your first day and induction. You will be issued with your timetable stating whether you are on day or block release.
I would like my name to appear differently on my class register and my ID badge, how can I do this?
We need to have your official names on our applications system for audit purposes.
If you wish to be known as a different name than your birth name, you will need to inform us and complete the ‘known as’ box on your enrolment. We can then have your known as name printed on your ID and bus pass badge and it will also appear on class lists.
Birth names can only be changed with an official deed poll document. Gender can only be changed with documentation following a change of sex.
