Type of Learner: If your job involves applying pesticides in a commercial role then you are legally required by the Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations (2012) to take this qualification.
Learning outcome: Once a candidate has successfully completed this qualification, they are able to legally apply pesticides using the methods and equipment identified within this qualification
What you need to do: Candidates to undertake an oral and practical assessment.
Qualification Overview: This qualification is designed specifically for those who wish to apply pesticides using various types of handheld applicators. The award will supersede the old 0216 (pa6) unit.
