Food Technologist
If you aspire to being a specialist in new product development or food quality or a technical manager working in the food science industry, then this could be the course for you!
This apprenticeship is ideal if you are employed by a grower, in a large or small food manufacturer or by a retailer and are working in a laboratory, development or factory based role.
You will gain knowledge of legislation and regulations in the food and drink industry, audit processes, food chemistry and microbiology whilst developing your skills in risk management, product trials, sensory evaluation and much more.
