Autistic Pride Day 2017 – Ambitious About Autism

Reaseheath College staff, including the Learning Skills Centre, have been involved to support Autistic Pride Day 2017, which took place on Sunday 18th June 2017. Staff shared their individual comments and thoughts on post it notes, in relation to why they felt proud to be a parent, carer, family member, friend or professional associated with any individual with Autism.

Photos of the completed posters and post it notes were uploaded to Reaseheath and LSC twitter feeds – following the link #AutisticPrideDay. So many of our learners are faced with daily challenges in relation to Autism, but are effectively supported and taught by our dedicated team of committed staff.

Many Reaseheath staff took time to kindly make and share their thoughts, experiences and comments.  All comments made and shared were so wonderful and inspiring to read.
