Show Jumping

Showjumping provides an opportunity for all members and non-members interested to compete against each other and to encourage a high standard of riding. All horses and ponies can experience the fun and excitement that show jumping can offer.

It takes place in our 30 x 60 indoor arena and can be enjoyed all year round. The courses are made up of colored fences. Competitors will get faults if they knock a fence down, stop at a fence (refuse) or run around a fence (run out).

Our competitions are run-in Single phase, you must jump clear over the first phase of the course in order to proceed into the second phase which is timed as a jump-off section. The winner of a course is the horse and rider with the least faults and the fastest time in the jump-off and Rosettes to 6th place. £12 per class.

Classes will be split into Juniors and Seniors. Classes will start between 9 and 10 Am depending on entries and run through the day in order of X Pole Clear Round, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 1m.

Competitions are Pre Entries only via Equo  Please call 01270 616497 for any further info. If you withdraw your entry after the closing date of entries for the competition, we will not be able to offer a refund or transfer of entry. If you cancel prior to entry closing you will receive a refund minus a £4 admin charge per entry. Please note all withdrawals need to be put in writing with a PDF copy of your Equo Invoice to equineevents@reaseheath.ac.uk and refunds are then issued via baccs, following receipt of both email and Invoice. These payments are not automatically given. Please call the office with any queries.  We do not offer transfer of entries.

The competition will run under BS Rules.
