“The combination of work placement and classroom learning became the most enjoyable part for me. As I had the ability to gain crucial industry experience along with the required theory on campus. The ability to be able to do both of the above, worked hand in hand, as the Placement and the Classroom learning assisted my studies massively in different ways and they tied together so brilliantly. I started my placement with Balfour Beatty in September 2022, every Monday, and continued above and beyond my 315 hours required for my T-Level and as of June 2024, I have started a degree apprenticeship with Balfour Beatty in Quantity Surveying.”
