“The highlight of my diploma was becoming confident using the industry standard equipment in Reaseheath’s Food Centre. The processing halls are run as a small scale factory and give you experiences which you wouldn’t get elsewhere.
“The skills and extra industry certificates I gained prepared me well for my degree and I was offered my job as soon as I graduated. We produce luxury handmade ice cream, butter and cheese for restaurants, pubs and visitor centres and I oversee the production process, trial new flavours and develop new products.
