Salary: £22,709 – £27,706 plus Welcome Bonus

Reaseheath College Apprenticeship team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us, with experience and a background in Motor Vehicle, preferable in bus and coaches (but not essential for the right candidate).
As a Skills Coach you will play an integral part in coaching and mentoring apprentices through their training programme, helping them and their employer to ensure they successfully achieve their Apprenticeship. You will coach, mentor, manage and review apprentices who are based in the workplace, and attend college for training.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of working within the Motor Vehicle environment, able to support a range of engineering work and ideally with a qualification in a Motor vehicle discipline.
