Whether you want to specialise in Sport Science and take advantage of our state- of-the-art sports performance centre with over £40,000 worth of high specification equipment, or you want to focus on Sport Coaching, where you can use our high tech sport analysis equipment to look at techniques, tactics and strategies, you’ll study the advances in sport and technology which make this industry so fast paced.
Thanks to the support of our experienced staff and industry specialists you’ll develop scientific knowledge, coaching skills and hands-on experience – a specially devised curriculum aimed at giving you the advantage in the jobs market. You will explore what it takes to develop elite athletes – through performance analysis and testing, nutrition and psychology – and enhance your own personal development through teaching and advising others under guidance.

“I commentate on motorsport and handball. I used to drive competitively as a hobby and I represented Great Britain in handball at junior level while I was a Reaseheath student so I have good knowledge of both. You need to know the inside track on athletes to talk confidently about them.
“It’s a great way to be involved at an elite level and I aspire to become an Olympic handball commentator. I also commentate on esport sim (simulated) racing, which I love because I’m a keen gamer.
“My latest venture has been to launch a broadcasting company ‘Live Sport Now’ which livestreams niche sports to YouTube. Me and my business partner want to turn the spotlight on less well known sports which don’t get the promotional opportunities offered to mainstream sports.
“My Reaseheath course gave me a wide understanding of the sport sector, plus skills and confidence which have helped me to take my career forward.”
